Sorry, work was manic so I didn’t get a chance to put on this weeks weigh in, which was a very happy 13st 13lbs.
Chatting with someone at work today that’s noticed my reduction in weight. They can’t believe how much I’ve lost through relatively simple/small changes to my diet (though psychologically they weren’t small!). I’m thinking I need to write up what I’ve done and what I’ve achieved into a page – maybe then it’ll be useful to others.
Finally, the man cold is just about gone. I think I caught it from a friend of mine who had it for nearly two weeks – which is a long time for a cold. I’ve had it for 10 days now. Hopefully I can get out on the road bike for a bit at the weekend. The MTB will have to wait until I’m feeling less delicate, which is a shame as I have some new bling on it

Hopefully the man-cold will bugger off totally soon so you can hurl yourself down some single-track and round berms and stuff like that.
Single-track sounds fun. Got new carbon bars for the mountain bike and they’re a bit wider so I need some practice. I want to go home, fit the new bars and do some single-track right now because you said it. But I can’t as I’m at work

Thanks guys. John – sorry, but the old theme had so many bugs in it, it had to go. This one isn’t much better but Joby said he liked it so I might persevere and fix the issues.
