Using the maps

To view the full map and to access other features/options (e.g. printing) click on the “View full route” link at the top left of the embedded map.

By default the route is shown using Google maps which does not show all cycle paths, so if it looks like the route is in the middle of nowhere, select “OSM” from the maps list in the top right (blue dashed lines are cycle paths).

When viewing the maps, you’ll see the following icons. Click on an icon (on the map) to see more detailed information (such as cycle path junction numbers or details on where to eat).

This is where you are likely to find one of the support vehicles parked up.

This indicates you need to leave the road network and join a dedicated cycle path. Where known, the cycle path junction number will be given.
