Two reasons why we are punishing ourselves over 270 miles of northern Europe: Firstly the huge amount of effort you are putting in to raise sponsorship money that WILL make a difference in the lives of many children, secondly the Beer Fest.
Saturday 24th September is the opening night of the 2011 Kolner Oktoberfest. You will all receive a ticket to the event, most likely when you collect your tour jersey so don’t lose it!
Included in your ticket is public transport to the Beer Fest. Ask at reception for details.
The Beer Fest opens its doors at 15.00 and entertainment begins at 16.30 (Kev says that from experience it sometimes pays not to arrive too early!).
Please all come along as not only have you paid for this ticket but we will be in one group with all the old & new buddies you will have made on the ride. We are booked on adjacent tables of 8 people each which will be allocated randomly.
