Cycling
Growing up right on the edge of a forest meant I used to cycle a lot as a kid, but usual story of girls, beer and cars in my late teens meant, like a lot of people, I stopped using a bike regularly.
At the end of 2006, in an attempt to address my shockingly bad level of fitness, I bought a new MTB and haven’t looked back. I now ride regularly on both MTB and road and have done several charity rides (London to Paris, Cork to Galway and London to Bruges – all about 200 miles in two days) as well as qualify as a MTB leader/trainer.
If you want to know what bikes I have, you’ll just have to come riding with me
