Had hoped to have lost a stone by Christmas, but today’s weigh in had me at 14st 3lb which means I missed by a pound. Still given the lack of cycling, the recent indulgences whilst working away from home and of course the company Christmas Party I’m not overly bothered by it. My Weightbot graph still has a downwards trend and that’s the most important thing.
Hoping to be below 14st before I have the first week of Feb off work which I think is achievable even with Christmas in the way.
Went out and did 18 miles @ 15mph avg. this morning, on my own because Jon elected to stay in bed as he has a cold. It was sunny but very cold – am glad I dug out my thermal base layers. Even so it was one of those rides where you wanted to stretch it out so I took in a road that looked interesting, but which I’ve never been down before:
